Last weekend we had the pleasure of welcoming back many of our old students. It was encouraging to hear about the amazing things they’re getting up to now, from civil engineering to project management at an NGO.

The current students had a great time performing some of their traditional dances and learnt from the alumni’s experiences in discussion groups.

The Form Fours plus a few lucky others had an exciting day trip to Naivasha! They visited a geothermal power plant, went on a hike and enjoyed themselves by Lake Naivasha. You might notice a new face amongst them – our latest volunteer, Rosie from the UK, who will be with us for the rest of the term.

Last weekend it was time to harvest maize from the school farm, and all the students lent a hand!
