The founder and director of Kisima Trust is David Kariuki, while Kisima School’s principal is Daniel Amunga.  Catherine Maina is the sponsorship coordinator.

The school also employs ten teachers, a lab technician, a secretary, a matron/cateress, four cooks, one site attendant, two night watchmen, one farm attendant and a bus driver.
